US Returns

If your merchandise doesn't fit or you don't love it for any reason, we will take it back. Please contact customer service to begin the return process.

When we receive your return, we'll process a full refund for the price you paid for the merchandise. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of being shipped. We accept returns for items that have not been worn altered, washed, or damaged. GIFT CARDS and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to return or exchange.

Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels, meaning you should ship it back to us inside another box or bag the same way we shipped it to you. Damages to or omission of this box from your return will result in your return not being accepted.

Returns must be shipped to this address via a recognized courier or postal authority. Any packages dropped off at this address will be refused by our warehouse and sent back to the return addressee.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If you received the wrong product from JackThreads, or it arrived defective or damaged, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.

Holiday Return Policy

During the holiday season, returns are accepted anytime through January 31st for orders placed after November 19th at 12pm EST to accommodate any gifts that you or your friends and family didn't fall completely in love with. As long as the return arrives at our warehouse by January 31st, we’ll honor it with store credit. If you’ve got gear that you need to send back, whether it’s a gift for someone else or a gift you received, you can find our full return policy here.
